We're searching through a building as combine and 030 is on duty. He switches to Resistance Jugger and kills both of us. He spawns locks us in and if we attempt to leave we are dealt with shortly. We switch classes and play for a bit. He goes Tribal Chief and goes around to kill us once again. We're spawn locked again so we just sit in spawn at this point. They start to push us around and try to push us out of spawn. They actually push an AFKer out of spawn and kill him as well.

My Summary of 'Zombie RP' and the basic rules in at least 100 words: Zombie survival is based on surviving on this magical land named nazi zombie pit of death. There is tons of levels, different jobs, and different rules for each zombie server. In most zombie RP servers you need a specific level to be a certain job. To obtain a new level, you would have to kill zombies to gain XP. You could just start a colony and take on the stragglers from the wasteland, OR you can be a German NAZI who destroys everyone and everyone dies. Its a family fun world full of zombies and getting high.

(at least 50 words) Its important to respect our patrons because it shows a sign of an good example about the server we love. It shows a sign of respect to our community. This is my code of conduct as in respect others the way you want to be treated. Most importantly it shows maturity. 

Why is it important to use correct grammar in the public? (at least 50 words) So we do not misunderstand what I say in the server. Grammar is also a key asset in talking and when your in a sit confusion is not really tolerated. All in all a formal conversation goes a lot farther than one you spell "No." as "NOTA" Using correct grammar also usually means you have a higher education.

In a democratic environment, why is it important to respect everyone's opinion? (at least 25 words) There opinions aren't but sometimes they are, no opinion is better than another. Its better to have an opinion from everyone, instead of a dictator.

How will I aim to maintain professionalism everywhere? I will maintain professionalism by making fun events for staff and users, while following rules and helping out problems.

I was just suggesting a laser sight on the XM8 sense when I think seal team, I think of guys with lasers on there guns. Most of the other guns have it but the XM8.

What I got banned for: Rule "C15".

Why I won't do it again (If applicable, at least 50 words): I will not do Rule C15 again for a few reasons. The first one would happen to be because I am not always like that, and I was being a C15 because of the person who had provoked my anger. He will not be in the server at all times, therefore I will not be able to do that 100% of the time. The second reason would be because I actually like the server, and I have put multiple hours of multiple days into the server. The last is because I believe in forgiveness and I also believe in change. Without change or forgiveness, where would this world be now? WWXII? With time, we can all come to terms and no longer be scattered on different pages of the same book.

Why the ban was false (If applicable, at least 50 words): The ban was not particularly "false", yet a little bit excessive.. I can not say whether my ban was for calling the level 300+ admin a "pay to win" or a "level booster", but you can not disagree on the fact that people would be getting mad when they encounter someone with 3x their health, just for them to get murdered in literally one hit. It's unfair and there are often concurrences where this would anger a person who is liable to be angered by bullshit...

This is my ban appeal. Leave me banned or not, I truthfully feel that this was an excessive permanent ban.
