I'm an outgoing and relaxed individual. I originally grew up in Kansas and moved to Maine when I was 10. I love to skateboard and swim, I mean that's pretty much all we got up here. I tend to make friends very easily and I'm super sociable. I generally like to have a good time and joke around, lots of jokes. I also take pride in anything I do. I believe in doing something your best every time you do it. I never half ass anything unless it's making food, then I just throw anything together and pay for it later xD
Section 2: Experience Profile
This section tells you about my experience with communities.
Communities I have administrated/moderated in the past:
The most recent Community I have been Mod/Admin on, was one a friend and I started. I'm not going to give out any of it's info because I don't want to advertise. It's still up and running. I was a Co Owner of it until I resigned a couple days ago. The other Owner thought it would be wise to add/remove things without running it by me or even asking for any input. The first server I evffer ran was on HL2DM at the age of 13. I made over $300 off of it and I've loved it ever since. I've been Mod/Admin on ExiledServers(they're not around anymore). I have also been admin on lot of CS:S, GMOD, KF, and Minecraft servers. I honestly can't remember the names of most of them but I definitely have the experience.
My Summary of 'Zombie RP' and the basic rules in at least 100 words:
Do not RDM (Random Death Match)
Do not NLR ( New Life Rule)
Do not prop-block ( Don't cover any entrance with a prop to a point a player cannot enter or exit)
Must respect all staff members and players.
Do not threaten the server in anyway.
Do not prob abuse: prop kill, prop surf, prop climb.
No inappropriate sprays (porn, Anything that may be disturbing to the community)
Only Tribal and Dealer classes may not raid.
Do not exploit glitches.
May not kill in spawn or spawn camp. Goes for tribal spawn as well.
Do not impersonate and staff member, player or orginization.
Do not beg for anything.
Must put up a building sign if building.
May not have any money-making entities or guns in base if building sign is up.
May not raid someone who has building sign up.
Must wait 5 minutes betweens raids, 10 for same target as last.

Since day one, I came from an RP server on HL2DM.

Almost every night for about 4-6 hours.

As long as needed. If no staff is on, I will stay on duty.

Section 3: Relationship with Users

Why is it important to give respect to our patrons, even if they don't respect you?(at least 50 words):
It is important to give respect to our patrons, even if they don't respect us because they are the heart of the server. Without a player base we would have an empty server or a server full of Staff. It is also important because even though they do not respect us, they cannot go around and say we disrespected them while on our server. Which in the long run, gives us a good rep. Even if they don't like the server, they could tell a friend about it and they would join in and see that the Staff wasn't the issue, it was just the that the person had a problem with the game mode itself. Lastly I believe you are a product of your environment. If someone sees a Staff member disrespecting players and/or breaking rules, they're going to think it is okay for them to do it to. Pretty soon, you'd have a server full of assholes.
Why is it important to use correct grammar in the public? (at least 50 words):
It is important to use the correct grammar in public because you want to set a good example for not only yourself, but the server and players as well.
In a democratic environment, why is it important to respect everyone's opinion? (at least 25 words)
It is good to respect everyone's opinion in a democratic environment because it will help populate the community. Taking everyone's input and collaborating it and putting it out will make more people want to join. Hearing the people's need and wants, then accommodating them will have a more likely chance then just keeping it the way you want. Supply and demand.
How will I aim to maintain professionalism everywhere?
I will aim to maintain professionalism everywhere by conducting myself in a professional way. Meaning, I will make sure everyone follows the rules by enforcing them, using manners, being level headed, fair/unbiased decision making, communicating with fellow staff members, using proper grammar, follow the rules myself, help everyone who needs it and lastly give my 100% to making everyone gaming experience that much better. I am not only representing myself, but the server as well.

This section discusses bans I have had in the past (if any) and what I have done to ensure that I no longer infringe upon the rules.

How many times have you been banned/warned before?
I have been VAC banned from CS:GO on 1 account.
If you have, please explain what happened:
My brother and I use to share the same computer, after his turn was over I went to get on and launch CS:GO to play some competitive. Little did I know, he installed some software or hack on the computer and did not close out of it. So as I go into a game, I got a message saying I have been VAC banned from CS:GO. So pissed off and raging, I close out and see what programs are running, because there was no reason this would be happening, then I found it. I have since then bought a new account for CS:GO and have no VACs on record.
Why I now realize that it is important to have strong knowledge of the rules and follow them religiously:
I mean I already know why, but after that incident, it really stuck in my head not to break rules on any game, or in life for that matter.
Why I am sorry, and it will not happen again:
I am sorry for trusting someone else with using my computer. It will not happen again because now I know the outcome, even if it's your brother.
Section 5: My knowledge of the rules
This section explains the RP rules.
What is RDM?
RDM would be Random Death Match.
Example: A person joins the server and kills a person or a handful of people with no valid RP reason. (i.e. Raiding, mugging, hit, etc.)
What is NLR?
NLR stands for New Life Rule, meaning you forget everything prior to your death. You may not return to the area in which you died for 3 minutes.
Example: I'm being raided and I get killed. I may not come back for another 3 minutes and I forget everything prior to my death(people's names, who killed who, who rubbed who, who shot who).
What is Prop Abuse?
Prop Abuse would be breaking any of the rules in place with a prop.
Examples: Putting a prop underneath you and raising it so you are lifted by it(Prop surfing), Killing another player/npc with a prop(Prop Killing), Using props to climb over someones base or a wall or to get onto a roof(Prop Climbing), Using props to trap someone(Prop trapping), Spamming any props(Prop Spam), Spawning a prop and changing the material/color so you can see outside but no one can see in(One-way Prop), Using a prop to block of a public area or all entrances to a building or base(Prop Blocking)

This section is me selling myself to you for my qualities and promises on how I will moderate effectively and fairly.
Why would I be unique in what I do? (40 words minimum)
I would be unique in what I do because I would actually take the time to sit and listen to every complaint. I have a huge desire to see this community/server make it big. I will help out in any way possible. I have some paid for addons and graphics experience that I could use to help the community/server. Also, I would be unique because I strongly believe there is no other admin like myself. I'm fair and hardly ever ban(unless it is needed or asked of me by a higher up). I actually take the time to hear both sides of the story and make an unbiased decision based on the evidence given. I've been looking for a well rounded community to join and I believe this is the most outstanding server/community I've seen in a very long time.
Why the community would appreciate & trust me in this role (60 words minimum):
The community would appreciate & trust me in this role because I would never do anything to break that trust. I will not abuse or cause any harm to a player or the server in any way. As I said before, I want to make the players that join this server have the best experience possible. This is my promise.
If I could make a change to E.N.D. Gaming, it would be: Not to be that guy, buy nothing. I love this server and everything in it.

You are a good player in general and I have had no problems with you in the past. I would like to see you on more often in the day time though. Keep up the good work!
Im kinda disapointed that you got lazy in the "Describe ZRP and its rules" sextion by just basically pasting the MOTD for your response, but otherwise your application is good!
